Is Shoploop an online store?
No. Shoploop is a product index. We do not hold stock, take payments or ship orders. Every product page links to the supplier listing on DHgate, and the order is placed and paid for on that supplier page. Your contract of sale is with the supplier, not with Shoploop.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Search, category pages and tag pages are open to everyone, with no sign-up and no paywall. You only need an account on the supplier marketplace when you decide to order.
What is a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The smallest number of units a supplier will sell in one order. MOQ is set by each supplier and shown on their listing page, and it varies a lot: many listings start at 1 to 5 units, while customised or private-label items often start at 50 or more.
Can I buy just one unit?
Usually yes, but the unit price at quantity 1 is higher than the price at the MOQ. If you are testing a product before committing to inventory, ordering a single sample is the cheapest way to check quality, packaging and real shipping time.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the supplier and the method you choose. Economy and postal services typically run 10 to 30 days to the US and Europe, express couriers 3 to 7 days at several times the cost. Processing time before dispatch is separate and often adds 2 to 7 days, so confirm it before ordering.
Are the prices on Shoploop the final price I pay?
No. The price shown is the supplier unit price at their minimum order quantity, captured when the listing was indexed. It excludes shipping, import duty and tax, and it can be out of date because suppliers change prices. Treat the supplier page as the authoritative price.
Who handles returns and refunds?
The supplier. Because the transaction happens on their platform, their dispute and return policy applies. Check it before you pay, keep the tracking number, and open a dispute within the platform deadline. Shoploop is not a party to the transaction and cannot issue refunds.
Can I get samples or custom branding?
Yes, for most products. Message the supplier directly from their listing page: ask for a sample order first, then for private label or custom packaging once you know the product is right. Custom work normally requires a much higher MOQ than the stock item.
Why does the price change when I click through?
Our catalogue stores the price from the moment a listing was collected, and suppliers update prices, discounts and shipping costs continuously. A small difference is normal. If a listing is wildly different or the product is gone, it is removed on the next refresh.
How often is the catalogue updated?
Continuously. New listings are added as they appear at the source, and listings that no longer exist are dropped instead of being left online as dead pages. Photos, prices and tags are refreshed on a rolling basis, so older pages may lag the supplier by a few days.
Still stuck? Most order problems — a late parcel, a wrong item, a refund — belong to the supplier, because they hold the order. Open a dispute on the marketplace where you paid, inside their deadline, and keep the tracking number and photos of what arrived.
